- Preperation of Short hold Protected Tenancy Agreement for fixed period
- Serving of all legal notices and administration
- Organising insurance for Tenants contents and Landlords fixtures and fittings
- Preperation of detailed inventory
- Meter readings and utility liaison
- Organising gas and electrical inspections
- Collection of rent with efficient no nonsense transfers
- Regular property inspections if required by the Landlord
- Contractor liason and repair service with the Landlord's permission
- Obtaining two weeks months rent as Tenant Finding Fee
- Free of charge vacation inspections
- Free of charge renewals
- JJD Residential Lettings operate a non-negotiable flat rate of 10% plus VAT the monthly rent collected to manage a property
